whose POGO gave it's readers laughter, while informing them, and teaching

Meet cartoon protagonist and all around good egg, Waverly Pimbo. Waverly's
only ten years old, but he pretty much has the world figured out.
His gang of sidekicks include Brick Brickman, a 1950s-esque camp conselor;
Little Miniver, his deviant and evil cousin; Karen, the obligatory
girl, and a bloodthisty, chainsaw wielding fish named Larry who maims
babies for fun and profit. It's the next CALVIN & HOBBES, we swear.

Brian Lynch's nude creation has made it to the web. Lynch is an up
and coming young script writer who has sold work to major studios.
He is currently attempting to foil and ruin this success by publishing
a scathingly funny cartoon strip about a man with no pants on. It
must be seen to be believed. So see it. Believe it. He's angry, I
can assure you he's quite naked, and all his friends call him "Pat."
